About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. The website is run by Sahar, LLC, doing business as Reeve ("Reeve", "we"). By using it, you agree to them. Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter, which takes priority over these terms for that work.

Information, not advice

Everything on this website is general information about how we work. It isn't financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice for your business, and you shouldn't act on it as if it were. Advice starts only under a signed engagement letter.

Valuations shown on this website are indicative operating estimates, not formal appraisals or valuations for tax, legal or transaction purposes. We're not a substitute for your accountants' quality of earnings work, your lawyers or your lenders.

Samples and examples

Sample brands B and C are fictional: we built them and ran them through our engine. Their figures are model output, not real results. The specialty coffee case is based on a real analysis with the product, numbers and timing changed; its outcomes are projections, not results.

Projections are estimates based on assumptions. Real results can differ, sometimes a lot.

Free calls

The free 20-minute call is offered at our discretion. We may decline or reschedule calls, and what we say on a call is a first read, not advice.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, samples and the Reeve name and mark belong to us. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; please don't copy or republish the rest without permission.

The engine, our models and our methods are ours and are never handed over. Clients receive their own results, reports and data exports, as set out in their engagement letter.

Links to other sites

We link to services such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it's error-free or always online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to the courts of Orange County, California.
